Ridgewell Campus Society

Ridgewell Campus Society exists to form multiplying discipleship cells among students and young workers in dense cities. We envision groups led by local believers who can open Scripture, handle doubts, and plant the next cell without a foreign brand.

We send workers for campus evangelism, inductive Bible studies, hospitality near universities, and coach networks that hand leadership to national students as quickly as maturity allows.

Latin American megacity campuses and invited urban centers with large student populations. We avoid building parallel student ministries that compete with healthy local churches.

Field teams report monthly on cell health, not only attendance spikes. Budgets favor meeting space, print, and student transport. Short-term teams only under local invitation.

Conversation over crusade. Local co-leadership. Intellectual honesty. Sustainable pace. Truthful storytelling without convert tallies as trophies.
