Millstone Institute
Mission & Vision
Millstone Institute exists to equip national pastors and elders to handle Scripture carefully in the languages of their congregations. We envision training centers and cohorts that outlast any foreign faculty roster.
What We Do
We run pastoral cohorts, expository preaching labs, and elder-care apprenticeships under national directors. Cross-cultural staff teach only as invited co-laborers and write curricula that local faculties can own and revise.
Where We Serve
Arabic-speaking urban centers, East Asian pastoral networks, and partner institutes that request multi-year faculty help. We do not plant parallel foreign seminaries for brand expansion.
How We Operate
National directors set admissions and discipline. Funding prioritizes libraries, language-appropriate texts, and student housing over stadium conferences. Member care includes academic load boundaries and family rhythms.
Values
Expository clarity. National ownership. Language dignity. Transparent finances. Refusal to treat refugee or migrant students as marketing stories.
