Aldercrook Cross-Cultural

Mission & Vision

Aldercrook Cross-Cultural exists to partner with European believers discipling people who treat Christianity as a closed historical chapter. We envision small multiplying circles that confess Christ clearly, handle doubt without panic, and gather for Word and prayer under local leadership.

What We Do

We send workers for conversation-heavy campus and city ministry, language-exchange hospitality, inductive Bible study, and pastoral care. We also walk churches through honest furlough and deputation so second terms are sustainable.

Where We Serve

German-speaking and Nordic university cities and mid-sized urban centers with thin evangelical presence. Placement follows national partners; we do not chase capital-city prestige.

How We Operate

Shared leadership with local mentors. Transparent support standards. Counseling supervision for heavy care loads. Board accountability to partner churches. No pressure for stadium metrics.

Values

Intellectual honesty. Kindness without sanding down the cross. Local ownership. Sustainable pace. Truthful storytelling.
